From right to left, the following buildings are visible: the Monroe Building, located at 104 South Michigan Avenue; the Illinois Athletic Club, located at 112 South Michigan Avenue; the Lake View Building, located at 116 South Michigan Avenue; and the People's Gas Building, with columns, located at 122 South Michigan Avenue. The Bremen Flyers were: Baron Ehrenfried Gunther von Huenefeld and Captain Herman Koehl, both of Germany, and Captain James C. Fitzmaurice of Ireland.
