Also known as the "World Series of Polo," it was held on August 13, 16, and 20, 1933 at Onwesta Field in Lake Forest, Illinois. The players are riding toward the camera, spectators are visible at the side of the field in the background, and a row of parked automobiles is visible beyond them. The West Team won the best of three game series in three games. The East Team was composed of outstanding players from the east coast, and the West Team was composed of leading players from more western states.
