On the left, Ray Guest of the East Team has his mallet raised to make a back shot, while riding ahead of him is "Rube" Williams of the West Team. The man at the extreme right, on the very edge of the picture, is Tommy Hitchcock, the best goal man in the U.S. polo at the time.
