(Carrie Greenebaum Mandel) with date 'November 28, 1899' on the banner below initials and 'The Torah' stamped in gold.; Created for Carrie Greenebaum at her marriage to Frank E. Mandel, November 28, 1899. Mr. Frank E. Mandel was a son of Emmanuel Mandel, who with his brothers Simon and Leon founded Mandel Brothers store in 1855. Carrie Greenebaum was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry E. Greenebaum. After the death of Mr. Frank E.
