The Oscar De Priest/Charity Club/1920-1933 is appliqued in blue letters beneath the portrait. Quilt has a solid blue, scalloped border. The painted areas of the quilt appear to be sized and unvarnished. The quilt is appliqued and embroidered. Red ink layout markings are visible for quilted and painted designs.
