Title: Dress Description: Dress of pleated blue polyester. Comprised of three layers: outermost is dark blue, middle layer is medium blue, and inner layer is light blue. Dress wraps around body twice and is held in place with a series of buttons at proper left side. Open standing collar allows fabric to drape and reveal all three layers.
