Informal portrait of Henry E. Connors sitting at a table in a room in Chicago, Illinois, during the Weiss-Murray murder inquest. A man is sitting to his right and writing in a pad of paper. Two other men are sitting near Connors, and a police officer and another man are standing in the background. Earl Weiss and Patrick Murray, both bootleggers, were killed while walking with attorney W. W. O'Brien, who was wounded. Jacobs, Weiss' bodyguard, and Samuel Peller were wounded as well. Jacobs and Peller were brought in because they were present at the shooting.
