Gold locket and chain that is finely engraved and contains portrait photographs of Mary Emeline Owen and William E. Owen. The locket is 1.5 inches in diameter and the gold chain is 12 inches long. The locket was presented to the donor by her grandmother in the late 1800s. The locket was once the property of the wife of Colonel Thomas Jefferson Vance Owen, a Chicago Indian Agent in 1831.
